    This matter is before the Board on a May 2,
    1995 joint
    motion for withdrawal filed by petitioners DoAll Company,
    DoAll
    Credit, Corporation,
    and the Rams-Head Company
    (collectively,
    DoAll),
    and respondent Mobil Oil Company,
    Inc.
    (Mobil).
    In the
    joint motion,
    DoAll seeks to withdraw all claims against Mobil in
    this action.
    The parties state that they have settled their
    dispute regarding alleged contamination at the site located at
    1228 Harding Avenue,
    Des Plaines,
    Illinois.
    The motion is granted and all claims by DoAll against Mobil
    are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
