    On March 23, 1995 the Illinois Envirorunental Protection
    Agency (Agency)
    filed a motion to file the Record in this matter
    instanter.
    The City of Metropolis filed the petition for review
    with the Board on February 15,
    1995.
    Pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm.
    Code 105.102(a) (4), the Agency’s Record is to be filed with the
    Pollution Control Board within 14 days “of the filing of the
    petition.”
    The Record was therefore due to be filed on March
    2,
    1995.
    The Agency’s motion to file instanter is hereby granted.
