    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board pursuant to an Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agency”) Motion for Extension
    of Time to File Agency Recommendation, filed March 31,
    1995.
    Counsel for the Agency represents in a motion and supporting
    affidavit, that the Agency is currently reviewing the requested
    variance petition and believes that it is in the best interest of
    all parties to enter into discussions before filing the
    recommendation.
    The Agency requests an extension of time until
    April 27,
    1995.
    The Agency states Safety-Kleen has no objection
    to the filing of the instant motion, and that petitioner has
    filed an open waiver.
    The motion is hereby granted.
    The Agency is directed to
    file the recommendation, or any other appropriate motion, on or
    before April 27,
    1995.
