ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by N.

This matter is before the Board on a “Motion for Extension
of Time for Complainants to Respond to Mobil’s Motion to
Dismiss,” filed by complainants D0A11 Company,
DoA11 Credit
Corporation, and The Rams-Head Company (collectively, D0A11)
on
March 17,
1995.
In its request for extension of time, DoAll seeks an
extension until April 20,
1995 to respond to the motion to
dismiss filed by Mobil Oil Company
(Mobil).
The Board previously
granted DoAll an extension until March 20,
1995.
In support of
the requested extension,
DoAll states that it is finalizing the
terms of a settlement with Mobil,
and that Mobil’s counsel has
agreed to the requested extension.
The motion for extension of time is hereby granted.
DoA11’s
response to Mobil’s motion to dismiss is now due April 20,
1995.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
