    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint status report,
    filed by the parties on March 31,
    1995.
    The parties state that
    they have been discussing petitioner Clayton Chemical Company’s
    new Part B permit application, and believe that all terms and
    conditions of the permit, except the corrective action portion,
    have been resolved.
    The joint status report is accepted.
    The parties are
    ordered to file additional status reports, either jointly or
    separately,
    no later than June 30,
    1995.
    Noting that the parties
    have already filed seven status reports, this report shall
    indicate an anticipated date of resolution; otherwise, the Board
    shall set this matter for hearing.
