Opinion

and

Order of

the

Board

(by Mr. Currie):

This petition

sought

a limited time extension to bring a

liquid waste treatment facility into compliance with regulations,

alleging that a strike had interfered with the scheduled completion

of the project.

We are informed, however, that the petitioner is now

in compliance with the regulation and wishes to withdraw its petition.

There

is thus nothing before us for decision, and the petition is

dismissed upon the petitioner’s motion.
