ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
On August 4, 1995 Coluerica Bank-Illinois (Comerica) filed a
Motion for Stay of Proceedings and a Waiver of Decision Date.
Comerica waived the Board’s decision deadline until February 20,
1996.
Comerica’s Motion for Stay of Proceedings requests a stay
for 60 days. On May 4, 1995 the Board granted Conterica a stay
until August 24, 1995. The instant motion is the third request
for stay filed by Comerica this year. Comerica contents that the
issues alleged in the complaint will be best resolved through the
current settlement negotiations.
The Board requires 120 days in which to schedule hearing,
give public notice, establish a briefing schedule, receive and
review the transcript and fully deliberate on the matter. Given
the new decision deadline of February 20, 1996, the Board
accordingly hereby grants a stay this matter until October 20,
1995.
