the Board received a mandate from the Illinois Appellate
Court

Inc..
and Perry County
Board of Commissioners, 5-93-0282,
April
3,
1995),
reversing and remanding
the Board’s January 21,
1993
order
in this case.
On December 20,
1995,
the Board
remanded this matter
to Perry County
to allow Laidlaw to withdraw its
siting
application.
On April
3,
1996,
the Board received a certified copy of the minutes of a Perry
County
Board ofCommissioners meeting accepting the withdrawal of Laidlaw’s siting
application.
As the siting application has been withdrawn there
is
no application for siting
approval and therefore no appeal.
This docket is
hereby closed.
