    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint status report,
    filed by the parties on December 5,
    1995.
    The parties state that
    since the last status report the draft RCRA Part B permit was
    prepared and submitted for public comment on September 18,
    1995.
    The thirty day comment period has expired and the parties
    anticipate a final permit to be issued in the near future. Once
    the permit
    is issued, the parties will file a voluntary
    dismissal.
    The joint status report is accepted.
    The parties are
    directed to file an additional status report, either jointly or
    separately, no later than March
    19,
    1996.
    The report or reports
    shall indicate an anticipated date of resolution.
