    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C. Flemal):
    On Nay 9, 1994 petitioner filed a status report pursuant to
    Board order of February 17,
    1994.
    Petitioner reports that
    representatives of the parties met on May 3,
    1994 to discuss
    unresolved issues involving the closure of petitioner’s Union,
    Illinois, facility.
    Petitioner believes that the parties have
    achieved significant progress toward a final resolution of this
    matter, and are in the process of exchanging additional
    information.
    The Board accepts SCCC’s status report and directs the
    parties to file with the Board and hearing officer an additional
    report indicating the status of any ongoing negotiations between
    the petitioner and the respondent on or before July 22,
    1994.
