filed a request

for an adjusted standard from the Board’s

regulation for discharge

of total

iron.

In addition,

IDOT filed

a motion to incorporate

documents from a previous Board proceeding

in AS 95—5 and asked

that the Board’s regulations on incorporation by reference

be waived.

IDOT has waived its right to

hearing on this matter.

On July

13,

1995,

the Board received IDOT’s certification of

publication.

Therefore,

the Board accepts this matter.

The

Board will grant the motion to incorporate materials from AS 95-5

and grants the request to waive the filing requirements.

The

Board notes that AS 95-5 has been dismissed at the request of

IDOT.

The Clerk

is directed to place the incorporated material

in this docket.
