    Proceedings along
    with its Status
    Report and Waiver of Decision Deadline.
    C&S
    has waived the decision
    deadline until
    November 26,
    1996.
    The Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    filed its
    Status Report and Objection
    to Petitioner’s Motion
    to Stay
    Proceedings on March
    18,
    1996.
    C
    &
    S requests a stay
    in this matter until
    August 1996 while
    it pursues legislation
    which may render this
    proceeding moot.
    The Agency
    requests that the Motion for Stay be
    denied and
    that the Board decide
    the Agency’s Motion for Summary Judgment.’
    The Board
    will grant a stay in
    this
    matter only until June 3,
    1996
    instead of August as
    requested by petitioner.
    The Board grants the
    stay until the completion of the current
    legislative
    session to allow C&S to continue
    to pursue legislation related to this matter before
    the Board rules on the pending motion for summary judgment.
    The Board continues to defer
    ruling on the motion for summary judgment during the stay.
    The parties are instructed to file
    status
    reports in this
    matter on or before June 3,
    1996.
