    On October 30, 1995, the respondent, Hoopeston City Council,
    filed a motion for extension of time to file the record in this
    matter. Illinois Landfills, Inc. has filed a waiver of decision
    deadline until June 30, 1996. The Board grants the motion for an
    extension of time until February 1, 1996, to file the record.
