ORDER

It is the order of the Pollution Control Board that the

variance application in the above—captioned matter be and the

same is hereby granted, subject to petitioner verifying, under

oath, the allegations o~the petition, which verification can

be done by affidavit filed with the Board. Upon receipt of

such verification a further order will be entered and an opinion

issued giving reasons for the Board’s action.
