    This matter is before the Board pursuant to a July 26,. 1995
    motion by the complainants requesting an extension of time in
    which to file a post—hearing reply brief.
    Complainants are
    seeking an extension of the brief’s filing due date from July 28,
    1995 to August
    4,
    1995 and they represent that neither the
    respondent, Caterpillar,
    or the party-in—interest, the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency, are in oposition to the
    extension.
    The motion is hereby granted.
    The complainants’ reply brief
