    Spraying Systems Company
    (SSC)
    and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a Joint
Status Report pursuant to the Board’s order
    of June
    8,
    1995.
This matter involves an appeal of special conditions imposed by
    the Agency
    in its October
    4,
    1990 approval
    of SSC’s RCRA Closure
    Plan.
    In the course of settlement,
    SSC has submitted a proposed
    RCRA Closure Work Plan.
The Agency has approved a revised work
plan and SSC has completed the activities
    of the revised work
    plan.
The parties state that they have reached
    a tentative
agreement as to the remaining issues relating to the revised
cleanup objectives and the Agency has prepared
    a draft revised
    RCRA Closure Plan Approval Letter.
    The Agency states that the
revised Approval Letter should be submitted to SSC for review and
    comment by July 31,
    1995.
The parties report that they were
unable to conduct a meeting due to the
    unavailability of
essential Agency personnel but have scheduled a meeting for
    August
17, 1995 to discuss the draft Approval Letter.
    SSC has
also provided a waiver of the decision deadline until March 31,
    1996.
The Board accepts the joint status report.
    The parties are
    ordered to file status reports
    (or a
