    This matter is before the Board on a joint motion for an
    extension of stay and a joint status report filed on September
    1,
    1995 by Abbott Laboratories and the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency).
    The parties state that the present
    matter is subject to a stay pending approval of the United States
    Environmental Protection Agency of rulemaking R94-31,
    an
    amendment to 35
    Ill. Adm.
    Code 218 Subpart
    T.
    On October 28,
    1994,
    the Agency submitted to the Board
    proposed rule In the Matter of:

    ROP Plan Control Measures of
    VOM Emissions
    *
    Part V:
    Control of VON Emissions from
    Lithographic Printing: Amendments to
    35
    Ill.
    AdTn. Code Parts 211,
    218 and 219.
    This was ultimately published as a final rule on
    May 19,
    1995,
    and effective May 9,
    1995.
    The parties further report that on July 13,
    1995 the USEPA
    made a finding of completeness
    for R94—31,
    but requested another
    cover letter referencing the specific RACT amendment applicable
    to Moline’s SIP Submittal.
    The Agency submitted the requested
    cover letter and the parties await USEPA final approval.
    The
    parties accordingly request that the stay in this matter be
    extended.
    The motion for stay is granted until January 16,
    1996.
    The
    parties are directed to file status reports, either jointly or
    separately,
    no later than January 16,
    1996.
