    A variance is hereby granted to permit the connection of
    the petitioners’ new residence to a sewer tributary to the
    Danville Sanitary District, notwithstanding the Boardt s order
    in ~ 71-28, EPA v. Danville Sanitary District. Reasons will
    be set forth in an opinion to~beadopted in the near future.
