ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter is before the Board on the parties’s joint
status report, Motion to File Instanter and Motion for Extension
of Stay filed on June 29,
1995.
The parties state the status of
this proceeding is dependent upon the outcome of the matter
in
AS
94—20, which is awaiting a hearing schedule.
The parties request
an extension of the stay in this matter until a final decision is
rendered in AS 94—20,
and suggests a status report date of March
1,
1996.
The Board grants the parties’ Motion to File Instanter,
accepts their joint status report, and grants the Motion
for
Extension of Stay for 150 days.
The Board directs the parties to
file another status report,
either jointly or separately,
on or
before December 4,
1995.
The report shall include a synopsis of
the activity in this matter, and include an estimated time when
the case might be resolved.
Failure to file the status report
in
a timely manner will subject the petition to dismissal for want
of prosecution.
