    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint status report,
    filed by the parties on July 3,
    1995.
    The parties
    state
    that
    since the last status report they have participated
    in two
    technical meetings and several telephone conferences to discuss
    the corrective action portion of a new draft Part B permit.
    The
    corrective action provisions have been resolved,
    and the parties
    anticipate the draft Part B permit to be issued for public
    comment on or before August 31,
    1995.
    Once the permit is issued,
    the parties will file a voluntary dismissal.
    The joint status report is accepted.
    The parties are
    directed to file an additional status report, either jointly or
    separately,
    no later than September 21,
    1995.
    Noting that the
    parties have already filed eight status reports, this report must
    indicate an anticipated date of resolution;
    otherwise, the Board
    shall set this matter for hearing.
