ORDER

The Board having considered the state of the hearing record

and finding it deficient on the issue of the performance of emergency

core cooling systems will invite the Atomic Energy Commission to

submit testimony on the subject and HEREBY ORDERS:

1.

That

a further public hearing be held at which the

issue of the environmental hazards relating

to emergency

core cooling are fully explored.

2.

That such hearing be set at the mutual convenience

of all the parties at the instance of the hearing officer.
