On January 31, 2002, the Board received a motion to appear
pro hac vice
from one of
respondent’s attorneys W.C. Blanton. Blanton is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and
Indiana. He is also admitted to practice before several United States District Courts and Courts
of Appeal. He has never been denied admission to any state or federal court. He has never been
censured, suspended, or disbarred. The Board allows Blanton to appear
pro hac vice
