    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):

     

     On January 15, 2002, the Illinois Cast Metals Association (ICMA), proponent of this rulemaking, moved the Board to dismiss ICMA’s proposal. The Board received no response to ICMA’s motion. The Board grants the motion and closes the docket.  

     

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
