ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On January 28, 2002, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a
request for a 90-day extension of the appeal period for several leaking underground storage tank
incidents at a facility owned by Midway Oil Company (Midway) at 555 19th Avenue in Moline,
Rock Island County. On February 1, 2002, the Agency filed a request for a 90-day extension of
the appeal period for the same incidents, which the Board docketed as
    PCB 02-107.

On February 6, 2002, the Agency filed a motion to withdraw this docket as it is a
duplicate filing. The Board grants the motion to withdraw. Accordingly, the Board dismisses
the matter filed under this docket number, and closes this docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 7, 2002, by a vote of 7-0.
