On January 14, 2002, complainant Richard Cotterman, filed a voluntary motion to
dismiss its complaint against Jackson Farms, concerning its trucking facility in Virden, Illinois.
The complaint alleged that Jackson Farms violated the Environmental Protection Act and Board
regulations regarding air and noise pollution. The motion is granted. The complaint is dismissed
and this docket is closed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
