    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by G.
    T. Girard):
    On September 13,
    1995, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency)
    filed a motion for expedited hearing and
    expedited Board decision.
    On September 21,
    1995,
    General
    Business Forms,
    Inc. filed a response in opposition to the
    motion.
    As the agency correctly points out the newly actopteU
    amendments to Section 218.104, which require compliance in March
    of 1996, are stayed as to the petitioner during the pendency of
    thiD variance.
    However, the Board believe3 that the petitioner’s
    response indicates that the granting of this motion may be
    premature.
    Therefore, the Board denies the Agency’s motion for
    expedited hearing and decision at this time.
    In addition, on September 13,
    1995, the Agency filed a
    motion for extension of time to file the recommendation in this
    matter.
    The Board grants the Agency an extension of time until
    October 11,
    1995,
    to file the recommendation.
    IT IS 50 ORDERED.
