    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Dr. Satchell):
    On March 24,
    1980 the City of Knoxville filed a variance
    petition which is deficient in that
    it does not contain the
    information required by Procedural Rule 401(a).
    The petition
    will be subject to dismissal unless additional information
    is
    received within forty-five days.
    The ninety day decision period
    will commence with the filing of such additional information.
