ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by CA. Manning):
This matter is before the Board on a motion for
reconsideration filed jointly on October 12, 1995 by Amoco
Company (Amoco) and Mobil Oil Corporation
(Mobil).
The
complainants filed a timely response on Octob~v19, 199~asking
that we deny the motion for reconsideration.
Amoco and Mobil are
requesting that we reconsider and reverse a non—final order
entered on September
7,
1995 denying Amoco and Mobil’s motions to
dismiss and setting this matter for hearing.
Finding no reason
in the motion for reconsideration to change or otherwise
reconsider our decision, the motion is hereby denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
