    This matter is before the Board on a June 22,
    1995 Motion
    for Expedited Decision filed by petitioner, which included an
    attachment of newspaper clippings demonstrating that an expedited
    dccision
    is
    critical
    in
    order
    to
    supply
    sufficient
    water
    to
    the
    residents and businesses of the Village of Lake in the Hills.
    Petitioner filed its petition on March 23,
    1995,
    and the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency filed
    its recommendation on April
    28,
    1995.
    In light of the urgency in this matter, the Board hereby
    grants the motion for expedited decision, consistent with the
    Board’s time and resources.
