ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
This matter is before the Board pursuant to status reports
filed by both the coiuplaxnants and the respondents pursuant to
our order of Nay 18, 1995. Additionally on June 28, 1995, the
complainants filed a motion to lift the stay in this case in
order to proceed to hearing. On July 5, 1995, the respondents
filed an objection requesting that the stay remain in effect
until such time as the First Municipal District of the City of
Chicago and the City of Chicago Mayor’s License Commission have
reached a resolution in matters pending in those jurisdictions.
According to the parties, both of these cases are due for status
    in mid-July.
We deny the motion to lift the stay at this time and accept
the status reports as filed by the parties. We direct that
status reports be filed on or before September 1, 1995 informing
the Board of the status of both the First Municipal District and
the License Commission actions. We note that the motion to
dismiss filed by Gotham on April 21, 1995 remains pending until
such time as we lift the stay in this case.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Boa d, hereby c tify that the above order was adopted on the
