ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Dr. Satchell):

On April 21,

1980 Draft, Inc. filed a motion to stay

discovery and filing of variance recommendation. Petitioner ap-

parently intends that its motion to compel of April 9, 1980 be

withdrawn. The motion to stay includes a waiver of decision date

through June 17, 1980 and states that the Environmental Protection

Agency (Agency) has no objection. The motion is granted. The

Agency shall file its recommendation by May 8, 1980 and its re-

sponse to interrogatories, request for production of documents and

rectuests for admissions by May 15, 1980. The date for decision

will be June 12, 1980 unless a further waiver is received.
