variance
from
Rule
962(a)
of
Chapter
3
of
the
Board’s
Water
Pollution
Control Regulations to allow construction
of a sanitary sewer
extension to thirteen proposed home sites at the Oak Hill
Estates subdivision
in the Village of Woodridge,
and to
allow
connection only to Lots
3,
4,
and
5
of
said subdivision,
under
the following conditions:
1.
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency shall
rescind
three connection permits
from lots
in
Petitioner’s
Mending
Wall subdivision and/or Summer Hill Estate subdivisions
in
exchange
for
the variance herein granted.
2.
On or before June
30,
1980 Uadelhoffer Wilson and
Associates
shall execute and forward to the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency

a Certification
of Acceptance
and Agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions
of this order.
The effect
of this paragraph
(2)
shall
be
held in abeyance during any period this matter
is being
appealed.
