    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by J. Yi):
    On May 30,
    1995,
    National Metalwares, Inc.
    (National)
    filed
a petition for adjusted standard from 35 Ill. Adm. Code
    218.204(g).
The Board set this matter for hearing on July 20,
    1995.
    On September
    21.,
1995 the Board granted the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    an extension of time to
file its recommendation in this matter until October 16,
    1995.
    On October 16,
1995 the Agency filed another motion for an
extension of time to file its recommendation until November 6,
    1995.
In the motion the Agency states that it had requested
    further information
    from National which
    it received on October
    12,
    1995.
The Agency is requesting the extension of time in
order to review the new information prior to submitting its
recommendation and states that it believes that extending the
time for the recommendation would not prejudice National.
The hearing in this matter is set for November 15,
    1995.
    As
of the date of this order National has not filed a response to
    this motion.
While we recognize that National will only have 9
days to review the recommendation prior to the scheduled hearing
if we grant the Agency’s motion,
    there is
    no decision deadline in
this matter and the scheduled hearing may be continued
    if
    necessary.
For these reasons we grant the Agency’s motion for an
extension of time to file its response until November
    6,
    1995.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
