    This administrative citation (AC) was filed June 9,
    1995.
    Pursuant to the Board’s order of July 20,
    1995, Carl Smits filed
    an amended petition for review, which noted his belief that the
    County night seek to withdraw the AC.
    On August 24,
    1995, the
    County in fact filed a motion to withdraw.
    The notion to
    withdraw is granted.
    The petition for review is accordingly
    moot.
    This matter is dismissed and this docket is closed.
