ORDER OF THE BOARD
(By J. Yi):
This matter is before the Board on petitioner’s motion for
stay of proceedings and waiver of decision deadline filed January
5,
1996.
This motion requests an additional 120—day stay to
pursue settlement.
Petitioner waives the statutory decision
deadline until August 21,
1996.
The motion is granted.

can best be resolved through current settlement negotiations and
requests the additional time to pursue a settlement.
Therefore,
the stay in this matter is granted until May 3,
1996.
The parties are instructed to file status report on March 8,
1996.
As ordered by the hearing officer, all future status
reports and any future extensions to stay this proceeding should
be directed to the hearing officer.
