    This matter is before the Board on a December

    notion for withdrawal filed by complainants DoAll Company, DoAll
    Credit Corporation,
    and the Rams-Head Company (collectively,
    DoAll),
    and respondent Septran,
    Inc.
    (Septran).
    In the joint
    motion, DoAll seeks to withdraw all nlai.m~
    against
    Septran in
    this action.
    The parties state that they have settled their
    dispute regarding alleged contamination at the site located at
    1228 Harding Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.
    The motion is granted and all claims by DoAll against
    Septran are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
