Corrective Action Objectives (TACO) (35 Ill. Adm. Code 742) –
The Board adopted a final opinion and order which amends the
tiered approach to corrective action objectives (35 Ill. Adm. Code
742). Pursuant to Public Act 91-909, a portion of the proposed
amendments must be adopted by January 6, 2001, pertaining to a
new legal instrument called the “Environmental Land Use Control”
or “ELUC.” Accordingly, the amendments were adopted with a
January 6, 2001 effective date.
