It
is the Order
of the Pollution Control Board that
the Village of Riverton be granted variance from Rule 962
of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution of the Board’s regulations
under the following conditions:
a) The Mayor
and
the Village Council, acting as individuals
and as representatives of the Village,
shall certify
to the
Illinois
Environmental
Protection agency
in writing whether
any sewerage whatsoever has been discharged
into the sewer.
The first certifications shall he made within one month
after construction of the sewer has been completed.
Certifications shall
he made at six—month intervals
thereafter until
such time as the restricted status of the
Village’s sewer
system is removed.
h) Within 45 days
of the date of this Order,
Petitioner
shall execute
a Certification of acceptance and agreement to
be bound by all
teri~isand conditions
of this variance.
The
Certification shall he
forwarded
to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency, Variance Section,
2200 Churchill Road,
Springfield,
Illinois
62706.
This 45—day period shall
he
held in abeyance during periods in which this matter
is appealed.
The form of the Certification shall read as follows:
