    An Opinion and Order of the Board was issued in this
    case on October

    1979,
    ordering that the Respondent submit
    to the Board and the Agency within 60 days a plan to minimize
    overflows
    in its sanitary sewer system.
    Such a plan was
    received by the Board on April
    25,
    1980, and by the Agency
    on April
    15,
    1980.
    Agency approval was received by the
    Board on May 12, 1980,
    and was conveyed to the Respondent
    in a letter dated April 23,
    1980.
    The Board hereby accepts Respondent’s plan as submitted
    and orders that implementation of the plan proceed and that
    construction be completed before October 31,
    1980.
