    Suburban
    Waste Water Treatment Plant No.
    1
    located in the Village of Bolingbrook.
    Citizens
    states
    that the Agency’s issuance ofthe permit renders this rulemaking docket moot and that it
    no longer wishes to proceed in this matter.
    Accordingly, this
    matter is dismissed and the
    docket is hereby closed.1
