    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    Marathon has requested a variance from a condition of a
    permit issued for the construction and operation of vapor recovery
    systems. The condition embodies the requirements of Rule 205(m) (B)
    of Chapter 2: Air Pollution.
    This petition fails to supply the Board with the information
    required by Procedural Rule 401. If this petition is not
    amended within 45 days to include this information, it will be
    subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
