ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.
Anderson):
This petition seeks variance from Rule 205(m) (B)
of Chapter
2:
Air Pollution.
The Board’s Supplementary Opinion of June 30,
1980 in R78-3
and R78—4 made clear that compliance is not reguirec~of owners of
fewer than three facilities until July
1, 1981.
The Board reads
Mr. Ewing’s sketchy petition to mean that he owns only one facility;
therefore the petition is dismissed without prejudice as moot.
If
the Board has misinterpreted Mr. Ewing’s situation,
he may file
a
new
petition.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I,
Christan L.
Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Control Boyd
hereby certify that the above Order was adopted
