ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On November 21, 2001, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2000); 35 Ill. Adm.

report for Leaking Underground Storage Tank Incidents 980038, 982270, and 912018 in
Chicago, Cook County. The Board extends the appeal period until March 12, 2002, at the

to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
