    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 27, 2001, the People of the State of Illinois (People) filed a motion to
    change misnomer of party. The people request that the caption be corrected by changing the
    name of respondent New Castle Properties to H.S.S. Partners. H.S.S. Partners split from New
    Castle Properties and took with it the ownership of the property in this matter. Respondents
    agree to the change. The caption in this order reflects the proper name of respondents. All
    future pleadings and orders in this matter must reflect this change.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
