    On May 15,
    1980 the Board initiated the second notice period
    for this proposed rule.
    The Order slightly modified the version
    of amended Rule
    902 of Chapter
    3: Water Pollution which was
    published in Illinois Register on January
    11,
    1980.
    On June
    17,
    1980 the Joint Committee
    on Administrative Rules indicated that
    there would be no comment or objection.
    The Board hereby adopts
    the proposed rule which appeared in the second notice Order of
    Nay 15,
    1980.
    The Clerk is directed to file the rules with the
    Secretary of State.
