    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On January 8, 2001, complainant filed a motion for leave to amend complaint (motion)
    and a second amended complaint. In the second amended complaint, complainant deletes
    certain unnecessary paragraphs, adds inspection dates, corrects typos and citations, and
    clarifies allegations of violation from the first amended complaint.
    Respondent has not responded to the motion. The Board finds that the second amended
    complaint will not prejudice respondent. The Board grants the motion and accepts the second
    amended complaint.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
