    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 1, 2001, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Vandalia C.U.S.D. (Vandalia) may appeal a September 26, 2001 determination of
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency regarding a high priority corrective action plan and
    budget.

    Vandalia’s facility is located in Fayette County. The Board extends the appeal period until
    January 29, 2002, at the parties’ request.

    105.208(a). If Vandalia fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this
    case and close the docket.
