On October 18, 2001, complainants Wayne and Sonja Hall, filed a voluntary motion to
dismiss their complaint against Richard L. Miller and Mary J. Miller (respondents). The
complaint alleged that an air compressor and generator used in respondents’ welding operations
in Tuscola, violated noise provisions in the Environmental Protection Act and Board regulations.
The motion is granted. The complaint is dismissed and this docket is closed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
