ENVIRONNENTAL
PROTECTION
AGENCY,
Respondent.
ORDER
OF
THE BOARD
(by D.
Satchell):
On November 5,
1980 Illinois Power Company
(IPC)
filed a motion
for reconsideration of the Board’s Opinion and Order of October 2,
1980.
On November
6 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency) filed a motion for clarification and a motion for relief
from
clerical error.
The Board will reconsider the October 2
Opinion
and
Order
and
will
rule
on
the
motions
for
reconsideration
and
clarification
at
a
future
date.
The
motion
for
relief
from
clerical
error
concerns
the
third
sentence
of
the
second
paragraph
of
page
1:
“On
March
10,
1980
IPC
filed
a
specification
of
errors
with
respect
to
paragraph
15
of
the
petition.”
This
is
correct.
The
Board
acknowledges
that
the
specification
was
filed
pursuant
to
Agency
motion
and
Board
Order.
However,
an
exhaustive
recitation
of
procedural
history
in
the
Opinion
is
unnecessary
since
there
is
no
issue
concerning
this
phase
of
the
proceeding.
The
motion
for
relief
from
clerical
error
is
denied.
IT
IS
SO
ORDERED.
I,
Christan
