    On November 5, 1980 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a motion for modification
    of the Board’s
    Order of October 30, 1980 which granted some, but not all, of the
    discovery related sanctions requested by the Agency.
    The Board
    chooses
    to hear both sides’ evidence concerning certain ultimate
    issues in this particular case.
    The motion for modification
    is
    denied.
